To ensure the History Centre is COVID-secure all meeting rooms are currently unavailable for hire.

|Interactive whiteboard (user must have software pre-loaded onto their computers)|

|Use of reception area for breaks/lunch|
You will need to bring your own tea/coffee/milk etc
You will need to fill in a booking form with as much information as possible - room layout, numbers expected etc. We can set the room up in advance if requested. A purchase order number is needed as customers will be invoiced after they have used the room. Note you will need to bring your own laptop to enable use of overhead projector & screen for powerpoint presentations etc.
Visits to view the room before booking can be arranged when the room is not in use.
We can recommend several outside caterers who will deliver to the History Centre.
