This vessel is one of the largest in the collection at Salisbury & South Wilts Museum. It stands 62cm high with a rim diameter of 43cm.
The main gap fill material was found to be green glazed sherds from a Victorian vessel. These were held in place with pieces of wood wedged into the gaps. Bronze Age sherds were found, belonging to the vessel but put in the wrong position during the original reconstruction.
The vessel is currently on display at Salisbury & South Wiltshire Museum.
